I want to change the workflow from To Do > In Progress > Done into To Do > In Progress > > Done > Hold. If moved to Hold You can move back to To Do or In Progress. The Sprint is already started and has been executing for 3 days.

You can edit the workflow while a sprint is in progress.  But I would be careful when doing so.  Pay attention to the relationship between status and columns.  The important ones are "to do" and a lot more on the "done" column.

The workflow you have proposed is not a problem here, you just need to add a "hold" status to it, and add transitions from that status back to to-do and in-progress.

The bit to be careful about is where the "hold" status is mapped into a column.  Some people see "hold" as "needs someone to look at it again", so it ends up in "to do", but I would say most see them as "in progress (but not really active)".   Both of those are fine, but watch out for "done".  Whilst you have put "hold" at the end of your workflow, you probably don't want it in the "done" column (the last column on the board)
