Good morning, sorry for my English.
We just bought 25 new licenses for access to Jira Service Desk and I would like to know how I can add them to the ones I currently have.
In the same way we have bought 25 ScriptRunner for Jira licenses and I would like to incorporate them.
Can you tell me how it is done?
Thanks in advance
your JSD licence is a separate licence and the number refers to the number of service desk agents you can have. Customers using the service desk don’t need a licence
Easiest install and licence set up is if Jira can access the internet.
goto the Applications/Versions and Licenses page
see https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/licensing-your-jira-applications-861253860.html
you will see a section for installing JSD and setting the licence key.
For Scriprunner, go the the Add-ons/Find Add-ons section to download and install Scriprunner. You should get asked to add a licence key. Else go to Add-ons/Manage Add-ons.
Regards
Tom
Thanks for the answer, but the question arises, if doing what you tell me more what it says in the link that you provide me, I lose the 3 current licenses (not the evaluation ones) or I would add the 3 to the 25, taking in total 28, which are the ones we have bought.

Hi
if you have upgraded from 3 to 25 you now have 25 licences.
That is how the license system works. Not my favourite method either.
if possible I time upgrades to renewal dates to avoid double paying. I.e. I am waiting until August to split a Confluence system from 1000 users into two 500 user instances to avoid paying for 1500 users in the short term.
Sorry I can’t help
Tom
