Add a new columns statuses but it doesn't show.

I added a new 'Status' column to the board, but it’s not appearing. Does anyone know why?

Hi @Sandy Hsieh,

You did add a column to your board, but you did not add a status to the workflow(s) your project is using. As you can see in the other columns, there is an actual status mapped to each column. 

Two side notes:

• It would be better to map the Won't Do status to the same column as Done. Your board will consider issues as "done" when they are in the rightmost column of your board. If you don't map won't do to that column, these issues will not be considered as finished and will remain on your board.
• Instead of using a blocked status on your board, you can right-click on an issue on your board and mark that issue as flagged. This will literally add a small red flag icon to the issue card and color the card yellow. This acts as a marker that the issue is blocked, with the additional benefit that you can clearly see the status in which it is blocked. This makes the view on work in your process a lot clearer and avoids the big question where to move issues into when they get unblocked.

Thank you for the information. How can I map the "Won't Do" status to the same column as "Done"? Could you share some ideas or provide documentation on how to achieve this?

That is quite easy, @Sandy Hsieh. Just drag the won't do status into the Done column on the board, right below the Done status that's already there. Then remove the Won't Do column from the board.
