Add a custom field for ticket in Jira

Hi everyone! How to add a custom field identical to field "Add A Comment" in Jira with a ScriptRunner using REST API?
I want to add a custom field "Plan" on the tab "Activity" at the bottom of ticket. I see that the field "Add A Comment" that is what i trully need. I want to duplicate this field and name him "Plan" and lil bit correct him for myself

Comments are not done by issue fields, they are a separate system function and you can't add another function like it.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I want to read typed text from my custom web dialog box (Summary of sub task) and create from it new sub task on the main window of issue?
