Add a Dialog box

I want to ask you if its was possible to add a dialog box when the user change the date of end project. Or I loose my time :)

We have a particular date on one of our issue types for which we wish to "do some stuff" when it changes, so we omit it from the edit screen so that it is not directly editable, and instead we have a circular transition (transitions an issue from a status back to itself) that is used solely for changing that date. Using that approach, you can present a screen as well as run conditions, validators, post functions, etc. You may find a similar approach useful.

This is not possible out of the box.

Maybe you could solve this with a plugin but i guess you will have to write it yourself because i have no knowledge about an existing one.
