When closing a "test" ticket in RTAI project, there is one section named "Resolution". However, we are not able to change status of this section. As far as I can see, this should be able to modify in the "Post Function" setting in Workflow section. However, I do not have any access to this.
Can you please help in getting this option when closing a ticket, so that not all tickets are marked as "unresolved" when closing...
You will need to talk to your administrators - they need to amend the workflow post-functions.
