Add Information Field(s) to Request

I want to add several informational fields into my request form. I can fill out the Instructions field at the top of the form, but I want to add several such fields (to provide help on other fields) throughout the form. Is there a way to do that? Even 3rd Party?

Hi @MJCorcoran - If you're looking for areas where you can simply add additional explanatory text, you may want to consider leveraging Forms rather than the default portal form.  This is a relatively new JSM feature that you'll find under project settings.
