In the Basic Roadmap view for a project, when I change an Epic status to Done, a green 'DONE' flag is automatically added to the Epic line in the Releases column (see image). Is there a way I can add additional flags for other statuses? For instance, can I add an 'IN PROGRESS' flag when the Epic status is set to In Progress? Thanks!

Hi @jeramie and welcome to the Community!

The short answer is no. This behaviour is built into the roadmap behind the scenes and cannot be configured.

As a visual sign that work on an epic has started, you could look at the progress bar that is displayed right underneath each epic. As soon as you see some level of progress there, that means that the epic itself is in progress as well.

As a clever workaround, the colour of the roadmap bars themselves is inherited from the epic colour. In this community thread a way to automatically set that colour is explained. You could set colours when the status of your epic changes to create a visual representation of status.

Hope this helps!
