I am having a hard time figuring out what is wrong with my Automation, or if what I am trying to do is even possible. I found some community posts about challenges with adding to the Fix Version(s) instead of replacing and I thought I addressed that (see screenshot). But when I run my Automation I get the following error:
"(Specify a valid value for fixVersions (fixVersions))"
What I am trying to do is add all issues with a certain fix version to another larger Release automatically so I can see a complete list of issues for a collection of teams, without asking them to manage this manually.
Hi Rebecca,
Can you share a screenshot of the Audit Log when you run it?
Certainly. GROW-93628 is the issue key where I added the Fix Version 2024-Q3-SmartPlans to trigger the Automation and hopefully add the 2024-Q3 GYB Fix Version as well. @John Funk

Take off the curly brackets from the name of the fix version. The curly brackets are for smart values, not actual values. Make sure the value is still in double quotes.

That was it, thank you so much @John Funk! The SmartValues are still fairly new to me so I don't think I would have ever figured that out. Works like a charm!
