Previously when we are recording an issue, we were able to enter the Actual Start and End Time manually. Now since yesterday (2022.03.21) observed that only half an hour intervals can be selected and can't enter manually. For example, X issue is started at 9.05am and the user resolved it by 9.15am. Now in JIRA we only can enter the Start time as 09.00am and the end time as 09.30am. This shows totally different performance. With this, we will not able to monitor average resolution time and users' performance.
How we can resolve the above issue?
