Activity stream gadget filters doesnt seems to work

Benny

Hi all,

We try to use the Activity stream gadget, but we ve got some issue.
I want to filter by user the stream.
But something looks fishy. when there is no filter i can see activity from me.

When i add a filter by username is what i consider is my username (the @something in the profile page). the gadget returns no content.

But for some user it s working.

What are we doing wrong? Maybe the username is not what i am thinking?

Hi Benny - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What does your filter look like? Something like:

assignee = john.funk

Hi John
It s the filter for the Activity Stream gadget in a dashboard. And it s asking for username.
I found out that usernames were deprecated...
So my questions should be: How can i get a filtered view of my collaborator activities on Jira?

You need to use the username like in my example above. If I use john.funk then I get results. If I use John Funk - it gives me no result.

If I use the userid like 5cf819db08d0d907e4ef3ab4, then it does not work either.

First i would like to thank you for the help
Is their a way to find the username of all my collaborators? I found lot of answers that are out dated.

not for sure - but I think it is typically firstname.lastname like john.funk
