Active and Passive Sprint, statuses not visible on the board

Hello,

I would like to ask for help regarding the issue detailed in the attachment.

Tickets with "reopened" status in active and passive sprints do not appear on the board.

How can I show it?

There seem to be 9 issues in Reopened status. But I can't see it on the board.

The filter I use is as follows. In the filter, I see issues with "reopened" status.

Please help.

Hi @Barış Özer

do these issues appear in the Backlog?

That aside, I would recommend to switch the Done and Reopen column.
On Sprint Boards, the rightest column is always considered "Done" whereas any other column means "In progress". You can see that reflected in the column's color as well. This is important for Sprint Reports and also the functionality to move open issues back into Backlog or the next Sprint when you finish your active sprint.

Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_

Yes, the backlog also appears. The screenshot is below.

I moved the "done" tab to the right side of the board.

But the "reopen" status still does not appear on the "active sprint" board.

Where am I doing wrong?

Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_

What does Simplify Workflow mean? Is it right to be this way?

The issues are currently in the Backlog. You will have to move the issues manually to the Active Sprint for them to appear on the Board.

If you want issues to automatically appear on the Board based on their Status, a Kanban Board is the way to go.

A simplified Workflow allows the issue to transition from any status into any. This has nothing to do with visibility on the Board.

Hi @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_

Thank you.

After completing the sprint, should I put the issues in reopen status back into the "active sprint" in the new sprint?

Does this process need to be done manually?

When completing the Sprint you'll get a prompt that asks you what to do with the remaining issues (any that aren't in the right column). You can choose to either move them back into Backlog, into another existing (inactiv) Sprint or to create a new Sprint and move them there.
