Active Directory

Dear all,

We are curently using a Jira and Crucible servers.

Both are linked to an active directory to manage users credentials.

We would like to bind automatically users to the administrator group if they are declared in a specific AD group.

Is it possible ? Do we need a crowd server ?

Hello,

I believe this won't be possible. From what I know you need put the user inside the group for Crucible and this must be done into crowd user management Interface, if you have configured Crowd and crucible together.

I might not be 100% correct, so I'll leave this ticket open so others can participate as well.
