Active Directory Display name not match in JIRA

Hi Support,
We had made some changes in Attributes in our Azure, to display the correct Display Name in our JIRA account. However, it did not fix the issue. on some user the "INITIALS" is also displaying in their JIRA account instead of just the DISPLAY Name.
