My company has a "bug reporter" Google Group with an associated email address. We created a Jira user with that email address, but the Jira activation email is never delivered. The end goal is to use this group email account to create Jira issues via the BugSnag integration. BugSnag only needs the email address and Jira API token.
Is there an alternative way to activate a Jira user or a way to ensure delivery of the activation email to the group mailbox?
