Our mother company is using ServiceDeskPlus from ManagedEngine and we are planning to use Jira products on our side but we would like to synchronize request status between Jira and SDPlus to leverage portal access on Jira.
We have followed the steps here: Integration with Atlassian Jira (sdpondemand.com)
But the we can't connect to Jira despite using the right credentials and procedure.
After talking with Zoho ManageEngine developers, it appears that the issue is that the webhook that should be created automatically by the plugin isn't created on our Jira instance.
