Actionable Notifications from JIRA to Slack

We have created a simple workflow in JIRA with two actions (Approve or Reject). Also configured the notifications to a slack channel. While we are getting the standard notifications in the channel, is it possible to get an actionable notification in slack channel where in which we can perform the above two actions (Approve or Reject) in the workflow directly from slack.

We currently don't have a way to take actions on Jira issues by clicking buttons in Slack. I can see how this would be a great productivity boost for folks who have a lot of approvals to do though!

This would be a great feature request for our product integrations. If you'd be willing to submit a Suggestion issue against our Product Integrations project, that would be awesome! https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/API - owning the issue lets you add as much info to the description as you think should be considered for the feature. It'll also ensure you get email updates for any changes to the status of the suggestion.
