Account url not valid Jira cloud microsoft teams

Greetins i am currently setting up jira cloud on out microsoft teams and so far we have been succesfull in creating the webhook for it with the url microsoft teams provide. That say the problem we having now is where we need to login to jira cloud via teams it self it tells us to provide the user account url but when we put in the url https://picopublish.atlassian.net

it just tells us url is not valid we then tried to construct a account url based on my own account by using the https://picopublish.atlassian.net/people/somnumber:someuserguid format but that url is directly discard once it is pasted into the box so we tried removing somnumber: bit but that is the same it will onlu accept the url : https://picopublish.atlassian.net but it just comes and tells us it is not valid.

can we get som assistance on to how to solve this and how to contruct the account url that will work ?.

I would look at the "Teams" documentation to find out what it actually wants as a url.  You're already giving it a valid url, so either Teams is firewalled off from it, has no DNS for it, or, most likely, is expecting you to give it something different.
