Account still suspended after putting new credit card details

Hi,

My account has been suspended due to subscription not being renewed.

I have added my new credit card but still all accounts are suspended.

How do to re-activate my account?

Hi Nawaaz,

This kind of request should really be handled by our customer advocate team.  Please go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select Billing, Payment, and pricing to route your request to that team.

Alternatively, I could create a support request on your behalf, however I was not able to locate any existing SEN numbers, or Atlassian Cloud URLs that have your email address listed as either the billing or technical contact.   It would help when completing that form to indicate which specific Cloud URLs you are trying to renew there.
