Account inactivity - deletion

Hi 

my account has been de activated - is there anyway to reactivate or access my work.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Do you mean your login account was deactivated or your Jira app subscription was deactivated?

When was the last time you accessed the deactivated item?

When did you receive notification that it was deactivated?

If this concerns a deactivated Jira subscription you can contact Atlassian directly through their Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support page (link below) to get assistance.

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Select "Your Account", then "Reactivate a subscription", then complete the remaining required field and submit the form.

On free tier, accounts get deactivated when there isn't activity for 120 days. Which tier you are using?

Based on my recent testing the inactivity period is now far shorter than 120 days. I set up a free subscription and stopped using it on Feb. 25, and it was deactivated last week.They notification said it would be deactivated on May 9, but for some reason the didn't actually deactivate until several days later.
