I have an urgent query regarding the reactivation of suspended atlassian account.
My business's account got deactivated suddenly without any notice or prior information from Atlassian. I have raised a ticket and even after an hour no resolution. Is there a way we can expedite such urgent issues?
Just FYI, there is no payment related issue as the bills are autodebited tiely from our account.

Hi Sujith,
Often times the notice goes to a different email address that people are expecting it to. There is a Billing Contact for each instance which may or may not be the same as the Jira Administrator. Check with others in your organization to see if they have received the email.

There was no communication to any of the billing contacts either. That's what really shocked me about something like this happening without prior notification and no payment defaults.
Anyway, after few hours of raising the ticket with the support team, the account has been re-instated; well without any explanation about why it went off at the first place.

What do you mean by "suspended"? Is it really the Atlassian account, or do you mean the products it owns?
Can you log in here using the account? (No need to post anything, just check you can log in - if you can, then the account is not suspended, if you can not, it will tell you why the account has been deactivated)
