Hello, we are looking at canceling our subscription and were wondering if we would have any type of access to our old tickets afterwards?

Thank you.

Hi @Michelle Carlson

You wont be able to after some time.

What happens when you cancel a subscription?

When you cancel a subscription, it's deactivated 15 days after the end of your current subscription period.

Your subscription might also get deactivated if you fail to pay for your Atlassian product subscription within 15 days of the payment due date, at which point you’ll no longer be able to access the product.

Once your subscription is canceled, it will appear on the Inactive tab on the Subscriptions page.

Recover a site that's been canceled

Once your site has been deactivated (i.e. your site has been taken offline), you have two weeks to pay your outstanding quote or contact Atlassian to have the site restored before your data will be permanently deleted.

More information here:

If you want to retain access to the information, an alternative to cancelling your subscription is to reduce your licensed users to less than 10 and then downgrade the subscription to a Free subscription. The remaining 10 licensed users would retain access to the information.

However, you would have to have at least one user periodically log in to the site. Free subscriptions can be deactivated if they have a period of time with no activity.

Also, not all apps offer a free subscription. Some do for less than 10 users, but others don't. So you might lose access to some third party app functionality and to the associated data.
