Access to Portfolio?

Hi. I have installed a trail, but cant use it. According to documentation I need to look in to Global permissions

But Trying to set up I cant find Portfolio in the drop down. Does the lokal admin need to do something?

Check that the app is installed and enabled from Admin -> Manage add-ons

What documentation is telling you to look in global permissions?
