Access issue

I often can't access to following URL, it started around November 2024 but recently it occurred more often like almost every other day. 

https://legogroup.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/WTOVJIRA/board

After I logged in, it shows "Welcome to the Help Center" which is yellow screen, and can't access to my board. I reached out to internal IT helpdesk and they couldn't help and they suggested me reach out to Atlassian support.

Sounds like you do not currently have the proper license.  You will need to work with your Organization admin and ensure that you have a license to access Jira.
