I was trying to log into my Jira Free Instance but I'm getting this error "<my username>@gmail.com doesn't have access to Jira on forzephyrtesting.atlassian.net."
Hi @Arindam Roy welcome to the community. I would contact support @ support.atlassian.com then click 'Contact' in the upper right and then from the dropdown there should be a link for Billing and Licensing (or something similar to that). The Support folks should be able to help you with this.
