Access Plugin Market Place behind proxy

Our company configure proxy in our browser using a  pac script.

We are unable to access to the marketplace plugins.

You should be able to follow the KB How to Configure an Outbound HTTP and HTTPS Proxy for JIRA applications to help here.

There are startup options in Jira such as:

• http.proxyHost
• http.proxyPort
• http.nonProxyHosts
• https.proxyHost
• https.proxyPort
• http.proxyUser 
• http.proxyPassword
• https.proxyUser
• https.proxyPassword

that you can configure in order to tell the java application (Jira) what outbound proxy settings to use in order to be able to reach our marketplace site.  The settings you likely need for your environment are likely contained in that PAC file/script.
