I have a Jira software project that is use by our development team, but or other departaments also have access to see those issues to keep track of thing, but mostly they find a bit difficult to find stuff.
Recently I found that in Jira Core there are more simple views and is more centralized in tabs, it would be perfect for them.
So the question is, can I access the itens from my project in that instance? I'm trying, but even though I'm able to find the issues in the issues tab, it looks like I have to create another project, I can display the same issues on the board or list tabs
Hello @Matheus Tonial
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Can you confirm that you are talking about one Jira instance where Software projects and Business/Work Management projects (i.e. "Jira Core") co-exist?
Assuming that is true, it is not possible to use the presentation options of a Business/Work Management project as a wrapper for a Software project.
Can you provide more detail about the specific features you are seeing in that presentation that you think would be a more useful view of your Software project data for those users?
Last year Atlassian announced that they were stopping sales of Jira Core as a separate product and combining it and Jira Software as a single product under the name "Jira". In addition to that many of the features previously available only in Jira Business projects have been made available in Jira Software projects.
If you tell us about the features that are desirable we might be able to point out how to make those available in your existing project.
