We are working as a first level support. So that we track the tickets and a second level resolves it.
Normally we put the requestor as allowed user in a ticket and all communication is done by a comment with "@". So this way, the report does not receive so much e-mail trash.
But we are not sure, about which changes in a Jira Ticket the reporter will be informed by e-mail. Can anybody help us?
Dear @janisse eichstädt,
this can vary form Jira project to project. Have a look at your Notification Scheme, that the current project is using.
On this page you will find more information.
So long
Thomas
Hi Thomas,
Thank you very much. I found it in the administration part. Looks good.
Thanks again.
Janisse
