About the difference between on-premises and cloud screen display

On-premises, it is possible to fill the background color of the target ticket if conditions such as queries are met. (1st image)

However, when I look at the manual of the cloud, it seems that the function is lost. It just has a blue color on the left edge of the card. (2nd image)

Is this a difference in display between on-premises and the cloud?
Or is the ability to add color to the background gone?

Welcome to the community.

In Jira, customizing card colors make a color bar, not a full background.

There is an issue JRASERVER-65638 also. Please vote and watch it.

I assume you use an add-on in the marketplace. Can you please check?
