About the completed tasks on the board In the Backlog tab

In the Backlog tab, do completed tasks remain on the board?
Does it hide at the same time as the backlog after a certain period of time?
Do I need to manually bring it from the top board to the bottom backlog?

Hi @Aiko,

No, they don't. The backlog is associated with a status (quite explicitly in classic projects, a bit more sneakily in next-gen projects).

As soon as you change the status of an issue, it leaves the backlog. Completed tasks should have another status than Backlog and - as such - will automatically disappear from the backlog based on their status.

Backlog items will - however - remain on the board as long as they are in the backlog status. The automatic removal (hiding them from the board actually is a better description of what happens) after a period of time only applies to completed issues - issues in the rightmost column of your board.
