I can't see the filters I created on the web on my mobile device. I've tried updating and closing the app, but the issue hasn't been resolved. I kindly request your support.

This limitation is documented and validated by Atlassian itself. According to the official Jira Mobile documentation, the app is primarily focused on viewing issues, boards, backlogs, and work execution, and does not offer full support for managing and viewing all filters saved in the web version.
In addition, there are several confirmed reports in the Atlassian Community that:
The Jira Mobile app focuses on viewing and executing work. For this reason, not all filters created and saved in the web version are automatically synchronized, as advanced filter management is a feature primarily available in the web interface.
