I have some issues logging in to my account. I created this jira account a couple of days before and when i tried to login to my account i think i have entered my username incorrectly and when i gave other option to find out my username, I entered my email id to send my username to that but i didnt recieve any mail regarding that. Could anyone help me to find my username?
@pamila fancy, The Community consists primarily of users just like yourself though some Atlassian members to visit from time to time. The point of this is that we have not way to access your system nor should we be able to. With that said here is what I suggest:
check your junk mail just to be sure that the forgotten password email didn't end up there
If you are not a Jira Admin for your instance please contact your admin to have them help w/ this. They should be able to go to User Management and find your username and if necessary reset your password.
