Ability to view tasks for external users

Faced a problem. I would like to configure the ability to view tasks for external users who do not have rights to work with Jira and Wiki. Tell me, please, is it possible to configure access to the project in this way? Perhaps you can somehow (How?) Write a JQL Query, specifying the login and password in it and use it in a public WIKI

You will have to give them rights to work with the tools.

This could mean allowing "anonymous" access, which means they don't need to log in, but should be restricted to read-only (otherwise you have no control over or visibility of who can mess up your system and will be spammed if it's on the internet), and that means they really will have only view and limited functions.
