We are trying to move from On-Prem to the cloud but have run into a few issues. Currently our Service Desk team and software team share the same Service Desk project in our on-prem instance. We would ideally like to continue that in the cloud, but have run into issues. In the cloud, we had to change the service desk project into a software project so that the software team could have access to their boards, sprints, ect. I found that now there does not seem to be a way to share comments with customers as we did before. Is there either a way to allow communication to customers directly by comments on issues, or is there a way to give access to dev tools inside a service desk project?
There should be the same as the server. You can add those users from Software team in Service desk team as mention in
