Hello, I've got a couple of questions regarding Atlassian AI and Rovo chat that I can't find answers to:

1. Can I restrict usage of AI tools only to specific people/projects in Jira?

2. Can I restrict creating agents only to specific people?

3. If not, are there any plans for this feature or a roadmap?

We want to test those features in small team before we release it to everyone.

Please find my responses to your queries below:

1. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to restrict Rovo access to specific projects or users within Jira or any other Atlassian product. Rovo is available to all paid subscribers of Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management across Standard, Premium, and Enterprise Cloud plans.
2. However, you can control who in your organization is allowed to create Rovo agents by accessing the Studio app via the app switcher in the top navigation bar. From there, go to Studio settings and specify which users can create Rovo agents. You can read more about this configuration here.
3. As for future restrictions or granular access controls, I’m not certain if they’re currently on the product roadmap. Given that Rovo is still in its early stages, it’s likely that such capabilities may be introduced in the future.
