We use Jira cloud in our company. I am looking for some atlassian recommended plugin for Jira that will help in auto responding to tickets (atleast be able to parse the summary and description) and provide first response to the ticket.
Is there any plugin already available in the market ?

It’s not perfect, but it’s a way to experiment with AI assisting your service desk workflows.
