A warning while login in mentions 'Please ensure that your full name is not an email ID'

My Email ID is info@myname.com - But while login in a warning comes 'Please ensure that your full name is not an email ID'.  But I have registered the email id which is my name. So can I not login?  Does Jira tech or tech policymakers not aware that email ID can also be the users' full name if he registers it. What the remedy?

Were you ever able to figure this out? I am currently experiencing this with a user we are trying to grant access to.
