Hi,
a lot of jira users doesnt receive Email notifications anymore, some still get them.
I checked with notification helper. Some if my group get the test notification, some dont.
I also see only the successfull delivered Mails in our exchange online message trace.
Hope you can help! I already read in an other topic that mail adresse maybe got on Blacklist?

First confirm the following:
1. The Notification Helper indicates that Jira is configured to try to send notifications to the affected people.
2. The users have not changed their Email Settings such that the emails are being blocked.
3. The emails are not going to the users' spam/junk email folder.
If you have confirmed that, then you should open a support case directly with Atlassian support and ask them to check the blacklist for the specific users that are not receiving emails.
