I m new on jira and i'm struggling with this...
When connecting to his Kanban Board, a jira user cannot visualize the details on a specific issue and only this one (he can visualize all other issues on the same board)
the error message says : "we could not connect to this issue, check if the issue really exist on this project. If yes, retry in few minutes. If still not contact jira admin"
The issue does exist and the thing is : when he search the issue through advanced search (key=project-1234) he actually find the ticket and can vizualise it ...
Any clue on what could be the Board visualization problem?

Per your description, I understand that a single user is not being able to access a particular issue in the Issue detail view of your Kanban Board, however, the issue can be accessed through the Issue navigator.
I found two related bugs that might be causing this problem:
- Reoccurrence - We couldn't connect to that issue in Detail Issue View
- "We couldn't connect to that issue" in Jira New Issue View
Can you check both bugs details and ask the user to access the board with the old issue view to confirm if one of the bugs above match the scenario he is facing?
