A filter to show my prioritized issues over prioritized open issues

I want a filter which shows my unresolved issues above unassigned open issues; my issues are prioritized and, separately, the open issues are prioritized. So, I can focus on the top of the list (things assigned to me) and see what's ahead (open things).

Of the issues assigned to me, I want them sorted by priority, then the unassigned open issues are ordered by their priority. For example:

I think you can add an order by clause like this

order by assignee, priority
