Hello,
I was in a story type issue, and I created a checklist (default checklist by Jira). I added some items and I converted them in tasks.
A link was automatically created : "relates to" but I would like that the link created would be a parent link (the tickets in the checklist are child of the ticket containing the todolist)
How to doing something like that ? In the automatization rules I didn't manage to do it
Thanks
Hi @Ruben Rubilar , I am unfamiliar with a default checklist feature in Jira. Maybe this is something that was recently added, but I have not yet seen it. I have used various add-ons for checklists in the past. It would be great to see a screenshot of what you are referring to. With that said, it sounds like what you want to do is convert these checklist items to sub tasks not tasks.
Hello,
Your message makes me noise and I checked and it is an app (Issue Checklist Pro)
Sorry I am new using Jira I assumed it was a default feature.
I was looking about the subtasks and it seems to be what I am looking for !
Many thanks !

Welcome to the community!
I second what @Jack Brickey wrote - there is no default checklist capability in Jira as far as I'm aware, and our company released Issue Checklist for Jira Free (and Pro ;) ), the biggest checklist app on the marketplace, so I should know :D
Without knowing which product is in use it's hard to provide any useful pointers.
Please let us know what is the app in use or just send a screenshot and we'll try to figure this out.
Cheers!

Thanks @Wojciech Wardaszko
Actually subtasks weren't activated in my project so I activated them and I got what I wanted (I wanted to create many subtask (childs) of the current ticket).
As in my project the subtasks weren't activated I got lost using the "Add Checklist" from the Checklist Pro app.
I used subtask after @Jack Brickey comment and I could create easily a list of child tickets as you can see below
Many thanks for your prompt help !
