A Jira user doesn't "see" a project

Deleted user January 12, 2018

Hi,

I have a problem with a Jira user.

I added this user to a Jira project A (in the People tab); after that he didn't see the project A itself. He was already associated to another project B in the same manner of A and he saw the project B.

I compared the A and B project configurations, but i didn't find any differences.

Do you have some suggestions or some checks I can do?

Thank you, regards,

Alessandro

The user sees the filter associated with the board (I used the "Log in as user' functionality and checked this feature).

The project has a scrum board related to it.

The user can not see this board and the sprint associated.

Kindly make sure that the user can see the filter which is defined for the board

When you added the person to project A to which role did you add the user? Does the role have browse permission for the project?
