Since yesterday we are not able to access our JIRA .

Yesterday I had the error 502: Proxy error and today the error 503: Service temporarily unavailable.

Can anyone help why we are receiving this message, knowing that all our licences are still active!

Thank you.

Hi @Mourad Bendjennet ,

I guess you are with an self hosted jira instance.  So you need to ask your administrator if there are any issues with the network.

They can also check the logs, located in application home/logs. Start with atlassian-jira.log.

Thank you for your answer, I will check who can help me resolve this problem in that way.
