500 Sorry we had some technical problems during your last operation

Hey team,

I am not sure if it's an Xray question or Jira question, so I'll ask here and with Xray. I am not Jira administrator,, and I am trying to import tests in Xray using their Test Case Importer. I have mapped all the fields with my csv file. But when I click Next, it gives me a 500 error page saying below text:

500 Sorry we had some technical problems during your last operation with a hash Log's referral number ac7477be-6fca-4264-82ab-c30490675b08. 

What do I need to do to resolve this please?
