415-701-1110 ex1 does not connect me to Sales. Connects to Billing and Licensing.

Hello,

 Feeling discouraged the phone tree of this major tech company doesn't reflect the actual extensions offered for support. Additionally, dialing "O" just brings me to a voicemail system. 

 Anyone have a phone number and extension for a human in Sales? I need to speak to an actual human and don't have any idea how to make that happen. 

 We are desperate to make choices and decisions regarding Atlassian products for our small business but may drop it altogether if this is the service we can expect. 

  Any help and guidance is appreciated.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Atlassian does not have a typical sales organization. If you need to talk to a sales person, your best bet is to contact one of their partners and they should be able to help you.

Thanks for your reply. I'll find a partner via the link you shared. 

I understand Atlassian doesn't have a typical Sales org.

"Select 1 for Sales..." is misleading on the phone and sounds foundationally incorrect for the company so why do they mislead us into thinking there is a Sales department and option to speak to someone in Sales? Meanwhile, dialing 1 actually directs us to Billing and Licensing.  Feels shady.
