404 - WITH CROME/IE/EDGE when login in JIRA

Correctly login in my altassian account, I'm getting a 404 when I try to go to any jira

it was working yesterday

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Sorry to see you are facing this problem.

Checking the background information of your user, I see you are not a site-admin on janushenderson.atlassian.net. That being said, it is possible that you might be facing some restrictions in your project permission, issue-security level, or product access.

In order to properly troubleshoot what might be causing your issue, I suggest the following steps:

1. I see in the screenshot you provided that you are trying to access a specific issue (OMS-1439). Can you try to navigate to https://janushenderson.atlassian.net and check if you are able to navigate? Also, check if you are able to access any other issues in the project OMS in order to confirm what kind of restriction you might be facing: Product, project, or issue.
2. Provide us if more details of the error are displayed when accessing the Javascript console of your browser.
3. Try to log in to your Atlassian Account in incognito mode. Then, try to access the issue again.
4. Ask the project admin of OMS to do the following steps:
   
   • Run the Notification helper in your project, checking if your user (rafa.paz@janushenderson.com) is able to browse the issue OMS-1439.
   • Check if any issue security level is added to the issue. If it is, make sure your user is added to that security level.

The issue was related to security updates, now it has been fixed.
