The team is trialing a Jira plugin and we are in the process of purchasing. Trial expires in 6 days. What happens with the plugin if we haven't processed the purchase before trial expires?
Do we lose access plus any data generated?
Do we lose access but retain the data and get it back once purchased?
Do we automatically move to paid version of plugin and get invoiced even though we are in process of purchasing?
Are you on a monthly subscription with credit card information stored in Atlassian Cloud for your subscription? Or are you on a subscription where you receive an invoice and pay the invoice?
I think what happens with an expiring plugin may depend on the plugin itself. I recommend that you contact the plugin vendor directly ASAP.
We are on an annual cloud subscription. Migrated from server. We pay an invoice

Hi @Steven Loughlin welcome to the community. Do you have only 3 users, where you could switch to the 'Free' license and it's not an issue?
I found this other community article: trial expires
That explains that basically the site becomes read only and you can't create new tickets.
If you're on the standard license, another possibility is to go month to month and pay with a card. It would at least buy you some time.
You can always contact the billing & licensing folks @ atlassian (support.atlassian.com, click 'contact', select billing & licensing) and get an official stance.
Hope that helps.
