2 x issue layouts for 1 x issue

is there a way to use the story issue type but select different field layouts i.e. a radio button that when u select yes or no then it changes field depending on the answer. 

I.E

when on the create screen - are you x or y?

if x then you get issue layout A if y then you get issue layout B

That sort of dynamic configuration is not supported by the Issue Layout feature.

You should look at the Behaviours app from Adaptavist to see if it will meet your needs.
