2 users. How to access my new atlassian ?

Hello,

i have 2 users for Atlassian - nikolay.lilyov@de.bosch.com and lvn1mk3@bosch.com. Difference is that nikolay.lilyov@de.bosch.com was created by someone for me to access their Jira board and work together. Now i'm trying to create my own Jira board, that's why i created a new user trying to create my own atlassian page (dc-slx3.atlassian.net). Not sure it was a smart decision to create a second user thought. After my own atlassian page was created i tried accessing it. As result i didn't have permission, so i had to apply for it. But the tricky thing is, that i don't know who is checking my application since i created that page. It would be logical for me to have admin right from the begining on and being able to access this newly created atlassian. 

Can you please help me to sort this out ?

This sounds like you set up your new Atlassian Cloud site with your second Atlassian account, but you're now trying to get into it with your first one.

You should log in with the second account, then authorise the first account to use your new Cloud site.
