I have gotten the following error for a Jira issue just after changing the issue components (I have added a new component). As a result, my automation for Jira rule is no longer working.

Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:timetrackingmodule'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

Hi @Mouna Hammoudi,

I've found this article in the Jira KB: Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:timetrackingmodule'. Please check if you have the error mentioned in the article in the atlassian-jira.log.

@Kseniia Trushnikova

I have tried it and it is not returning anything for the diagnosis so the solution they are suggesting is not working.

@Mouna Hammoudi, then I'd recommend you to create a support request at https://support.atlassian.com so the Atlassian support can analyze the logs of your Jira instance.
